Terms of Service

NJ School Resolution provides educational consulting and structured process guidance for parents navigating school discipline and administrative matters in New Jersey. By purchasing or participating in a Strategy Session, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of Services

Services consist of a structured consultation (typically 60–75 minutes) focused on procedural clarity, organizational guidance, and strategic next-step planning.

NJ School Resolution does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal advocacy services. No attorney-client relationship is created.

2. Payment

Full payment is required prior to scheduling a session. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

3. Scheduling and Rescheduling

Sessions are scheduled based on mutual availability. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

NJ School Resolution provides educational and process guidance only. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes, school decisions, disciplinary results, or administrative determinations. All decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the consultation. Guidance provided is based on the information shared at the time of the session.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NJ School Resolution shall not be liable for decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes resulting from the consultation.
